Therapist Overview

Therapy can help people unearth their true selves. To unshackle us from the constraints of our anxiety and depression. This is done by listening deeply to our concerns, to the stuck places, the places that make relationships, work and pleasure hard. I work to assess the roots of your discomfort that the psyche communicates through symptoms. And then together we walk out of the stuck places to more freedom of thought and action. My work with families is based on my deep belief that we are all inextricably linked together. Work with many makes the work lighter and more sustainable. I have an interactive style that is challenging. I specialize in helping families and caregivers navigate and support loved ones with eating disorders. I understand Eating Disorders and Families. I’m trained specifically and deeply in both and what is more, I am a parent and caregiver myself. I know the heart, work and understanding it takes to heal and I look forward to helping you on your healing journey
