I am passionate about adolescents and young adults! I have experience and success in helping teenagers with anxiety, depression, self harm as well as the daily drama they face whether at school or in the home. I also work with young adults battling life’s stressful times whether it be starting college, choosing a career, or navigating relationships. I especially love helping these young adults overcome anxiety and the uncertainty of life at this stage. I believe that God is the ultimate healer and will use every experience in our lives to lead us into a place of peace and healing and ultimately into a deeper relationship with Him.
