I want you to know that there is help and there is hope. Through Psycho-education, self-compassion, boundaries and so much more my aim is to help you find healing from the wounds of your past and how they affect you today. We will work together and identify the thoughts and behaviors that no longer benefit you and find ways to rewrite your story in a way that is helpful; resulting in your ability to have a new view of yourself and the future! I have a Masters in Arts in marriage and family therapy. I am interested in using a trauma-informed approach in working with couples and singles on issues of communication, trust, parenting, anxiety and depression. I have experience working with adults with Substance use as well. I approach therapy through a Christ centered view and offer this approach. As a Christian, I believe that God redeems the broken places of our lives in a glorious way. Trauma and past pain can often cause us to feel fragmented or maybe not quite ourselves. In our work together we will seek to find your true self the self that God created you to be.You and I will work to engage the whole person to identify treatment goals.
