I enjoy helping people identify what they desire from their life and relationships. It can be difficult to understand what we actually want- which often leads to stress, and other anxious/ depressive symptoms. When stress goes on too long, it’s easy to lose motivation and fall into unhelpful thinking/lifestyle habits and patterns that don’t match your deeper values. Through talking together, I feel confident we will come to better understand and cope w/ the stress and challenges you are experiencing, as well as identify what might be preventing you from moving closer to what you hope for. My professional focus and specialty is helping people talk about and identify their concerns related to fear, loss of motivation, identity uncertainties, self-confidence, spirituality, life-purpose and pursuit of meaningful relationships. I believe integrating a person’s faith and value system is the most important component of making therapeutic progress. I offer kindness, honesty, creativity, humor, my background in spirituality and psychology, and my genuine interest in people’s values and goals to help adults, teenagers, couples and families begin to discover a greater sense of understanding, direction and meaning toward their lives and relationships.
