Celeste Marie Lovejoy

I love helping people find meaning in life, by setting attainable goals, identifying and changing harmful thought patterns, and cultivating feelings of happiness and contentment. I view the therapeutic relationship as collaborative and interactive, where I often include discussion, mindfulness, education, and reading materials during therapy sessions. I have experience in working with children, teens, and adults. I completed my undergraduate degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in trauma-healing, self-compassion, self-esteem, empowerment, addiction, anxiety, and depression. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy. Being able to help others has been my greatest life work. My goal is to help you live a happier healthier life. I believe this is possible through practice and dedication to yourself.
