I love working with clients that are seeking more of themselves. Whether you’re in recovery from an eating disorder, you’re an artist, or simply feeling the weight and impact of unprocessed grief and trauma, I believe in work that investigates the specificity of your mental, emotional, and visceral experience of your life in order to bring you back to yourself. My work as a therapist comes from an intersectional feminist, anti-oppression, weight-neutral lens. I offer individual therapy to adults of all races, genders, sexual orientations, and identities, With a background in the arts and expertise in working with those in recovery from eating disorders, I bring creativity, levity, and metaphor into my work.
