Asking for help can be one of the hardest things to do – no matter what age you are. I have always strived to create a safe and supportive environment to help individuals through some of the most difficult times in their lives. I received my Bachelors in Psychology from Michigan State University, where I completed an internship working with individuals and families who were victims of domestic violence. I went on to receive my Masters in Clinical Social Work at the University of Michigan completing an internship at Wayne State University working with adolescents, adults, and families. My post graduate experience has allowed me to work in a variety of settings with with various populations.
