I find it personally rewarding to work with young parents, individual adults, couples and elders as they explore ways to improve their lives and their personal relationships. Within the context of a safe therapeutic relationship we then can collectively explore and resolve barriers to intimacy, conflicts, and historical events that then release you to more fully live your life. Although the therapy process frequently entails deep personal work, whole-hearted laughter and play are an integral part of the journey. Ultimately, therapy is the relationship template from which you then embark on a more fulfilling, meaningful life. Relationship is in large part a function of the attachment template we obtained from our early caregivers. Behind the scenes, as adults, that template colors virtually all close relationships.
