Therapist Overview

I love working with clients who are seeking greater purpose and meaning from their lives. You may be unsure of your next step, grappling with uncertainty, or finding areas of life where you feel hungry for more freedom or belonging. I’m a good fit for teens and adults who are looking for a non-judgmental space to explore and heal experiences of anxiety, stress, relationships, body image, oppression, career choice, and life transitions. Sometimes we can lose touch with our inner voice, leaving us unable to trust ourselves, and therapy is a courageous choice toward connection and agency. I use a primarily intersectional feminist, anti-oppression approach in my individual work with clients, integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, an evidence based practice, and Health at Every Size (HAES) lens to promote body positivity and connection. I am trained in working specifically with the nervous system to heal anxiety in the body and mind. No one should have to navigate life’s challenges
