The main request I ask of my clients is that they come willing to get curious about their thoughts and behaviors. AWhen we become curious about ourselves in an environment where we feel safe and cared for can grow in ways they didn’t know were possible. This is our foundation. From there I draw upon different treatment modalities including including ACT (Acceptance & Commitment therapy), mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and motivational interviewing.
