Feeling overwhelmed by life’s expectations of you? My goal is to help you strengthen the relationship you have with yourself in a world that reinforces the message that we are either not enough, less than, or inadequate. I do this by helping you connect with parts of yourself that may have gotten lost, disowned, or forgotten along the way. I view therapy as a space where we will collaborate in setting goals, explore your areas of growth, and develop healthier habits of coping with daily life. Change can be a difficult process, so I believe in meeting you where you are at, and eventually challenging you to reach your goals. I enjoy working with individuals who come from various walks of life and cultures. Specifically, I work well with anyone dealing with difficult life transitions (divorce, parenting, coming out, infidelity, loss…etc), or those who feel crippled by anxiety and perfectionism. In addition finding support and connection in a confidential and safe space, I believe that group therapy can be a powerful and more affordable means to facilitate lasting change. I am fluent in and able to provide services in both Spanish and Portuguese. I am available early mornings and evenings. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
