Therapist Overview
The majority of my clients are children under the age of six. In therapy, I work on helping children have better awareness of their emotions, how to express their emotions in a healthy way, increase frustration tolerance, and process life experiences. I also work with the childrenās parents or guardians to improve the parent/child relationship as well as help the parents be more responsive to their childrenās emotional and behavioral needs. I am a Registered Play Therapist. With children under the age of seven, I offer nondirective child-centered play therapy. With children eight and older, adolescents, or adults, I am a Person-Centered Therapist.
