Therapist Overview

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME VIA PSYCHOLOGY TODAY – USE MY WEBSITE. I believe in taking a strength-based, client-centered approach to psychotherapy, working with you to help you grow toward your best self. The familiar ways you have of dealing with life’s complications may not be working; together we can work to identify new positive means of change. I have trained in an integrative model of psychotherapy, and have experience with person-centered, CBT, narrative, existential/humanist therapies, and other methods. No two clients are alike, and I collaborate with my clients to plan customized therapy that works for each person. I work well with clients looking to improve their mood (depression, anxiety, etc.) and those who are trying to process or deal with past traumas. My focus is on establishing a safe space for you to process your feelings at your own pace. I am licensed to provide services to clients in California (LPCC4199), Colorado (LPC16308), Indiana (LMHC39003814A), and Kansas (LCP
