Taking the first step towards emotional healing can be difficult as life is full of ups and downs and sometimes we need a little help along the way. Have you been feeling anxious, depressed, hopeless, or stuck? Are you experiencing relationship issues or not sure of which direction to go in your relationship? Are you feeling disconnected from your friends/ family or yourself? Do you need help trying to understand your thoughts and feelings? Coming to therapy can be difficult and scary, but taking the first step is the most important and you will not be alone. My goal is to assist clients in understanding that they are the expert on themselves. I work to assist clients with understanding the feelings and emotions that have been causing them distress. I provide a safe environment for clients to explore their emotions and work towards restructuring the way they think with the goal of long term healing. You are being pushed to evolve and step out of your comfort zone so that you can achieve your emotional and healing goals. I have learned to channel all of my experiences, negative and positive into this work. Every journey begins with a first step and I would be honored to take that first step with you!
