Therapist Overview

Forty years of research has shown that psychotherapy is an effective mental health treatment. I’m an experienced educator, trainer, and psychotherapist ready to help you emerge from your struggles. Whether it be relationship difficulties, addiction, anxiety, or mental health difficulties we will engage in the unique challenges that have brought you here. I am trained across multiple modalities and will help find the treatment that serves you best. This is a practice that alleviates suffering and helps us find meaning from those experiences. We can meet in my quiet, comfortable office or via phone or telehealth application. I practice a dynamic, relational, and existential approach to therapy and wellbeing. I work with adults and adolescents looking to improve their lives, regardless of gender, sexuality, race, or background. I welcome (and enjoy) diverse perspectives and life experiences in my practice.
