I am a Jungian analyst and I use dream work and other ways to access the unconscious such as memories, intuition and longings to access your inner truth. I also use mindfulness techniques to help you reshape habitual thoughts, behaviors and emotional patterns so that you experience increased well-being. I bring a warm compassionate presence to the process of therapy to help you find more satisfying ways to be in relationship to others and to yourself.
