Sleeping and eating are tough which makes it challenging to function and do daily routines. You feel so alone, even when you are with people. How long does this misery last? Will it ever end? Worry and dread start to take over. It’s like you are being sucked into a hole and can’t find a way out. Can you even remember a time where you felt some calm, peace? The restlessness and irritability is just too much. You want things to slow down but they don’t. When will it stop? I get it. I can help. For grief- you have a safe space to mourn with me. Together we help you to feel the feelings, create new norms, honor the love experienced, find new joy in life.
