Life-Design Counseling is a framework for exploring your personal and career concerns. Through the life-design process we will elicit your current “narrative”, the story that describes you to yourself. We will work to disassemble that confining story, creating space for a re-imagined narrative to emerge, with updated realizations and a renewed sense of purpose. In addition to the Life-Design process, we can examine your answers to various career assessments that are useful in addressing the ways in which you are similar to individuals who have already chosen career directions and are happy with their choices. Life-Design Counseling is considered short term. You can often complete this process in just three sessions. So, making decisions about important issues, such as, “What should my college major be?” or “How might I best transfer the skills I have cultivated throughout my life?” will be a less daunting experience.
