Together, we can break the dysfunctional cycles of self-doubt, negative self-talk, low self-esteem among other areas of difficulties. Drawing from my years of experience utilizing EMDR, cognitive behavioral, and other therapeutic approaches has allowed clients to achieve their desired potentials. Active participation, re-framing, skills building, goal setting, emotion regulation, and periodic worksheets/homework are some of the methods used to focus on a particular area for growth.
