It is my belief, and has been my experience, that by understanding how we have adapted to the forces that shape our lives (both within and around us), and by changing the ways we relate to and experience these forces, we can create opportunities to strengthen valued skills or learn new ones, improve our ability to respond to and manage stress, and move with intention toward desired goals and outcomes.
