Therapist Overview

I am eager to hear your unique life story and how it has brought you to where you are today. As we work together, discussing meaningful events in your life, and bringing insight to them, positive changes start to occur. I respect your pacing and goals and do my best to get you where you want to be. I believe that therapy works best when both parties are active, trying to understand what ales you, and how to heal and move forward in life with greater satisfaction and joy. I have been practicing for over 15 years. My therapy style is modern, psychoanalytic. I believe that it is sometimes difficult to reach the change we desire without first understanding and coming to terms with our unconscious needs, fears, and beliefs. Insight, in my experience, opens many doors and creates emotional and practical freedom. In addition to offering psychoanalytic psychotherapy, I am an expert in psychological assessment, a process that uses psychological testing to gain increased clarity into the issues
