Providing psychotherapy to adults and adolescents. I provide integrative therapy, tailored to a client’s needs. Specialties include trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem, youth adjustment to college, post-partum depression, and spirituality. I have worked with a wide variety of clients and have a special interest in mindfulness for trauma survivors and incorporating a client’s own spirituality into their healing. I am passionate about holding space for client’s to work with life’s struggles and grow toward a sense of wholeness, meaning, and hope.
