Therapist Overview

Let me meet you where you are on your personal journey. I work with adults, age 18 and over, with recent trauma/ trauma histories, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, unhealthy self esteem, partners of individuals with sexually compulsive behaviors and individuals struggling with infertility. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist. My perspective is influenced by attachment-based theories, the Adaptive Information Processing Model, mindfulness/creative approaches, ego state parts work, and CBT. I am also a CPTT Candidate and APSATS trained, and understand the dynamics of both partners of those with, and individuals with, sexually compulsive behaviors. Many individuals have had early experiences and traumas that change their perceptions of themselves and the world around them. These altered perceptions often impact health, relationships and self esteem. I help my clients get to the root of these negative perceptions and patterns of response so they can be processed and healing can begin.
