Currently my practice is full and I am not taking new clients. Are you stuck, suffering, or haunted by events that happened in the recent or distant past? When traumatic things happen they are often hard to forget and can result in distressing symptoms including: disturbing thoughts and images, feeling as if you are re-living the event, trouble getting the event out of your mind, anxiety, always being on guard, nightmares, feeling numb, and feeling overwhelmed. Sometimes traditional talk therapy just isn’t enough to provide profound healing. I utilize EMDR Therapy in my practice to alleviate these types of symptoms rapidly. EMDR Therapy is highly effective in clearing distressing symptoms quickly and helps the brain to resume its natural healing process. I use this approach with individuals for 4 to 12 sessions to obtain maximum relief. EMDR Therapy is also helpful to treat a variety of issues including: panic attacks, phobias, performance anxiety, chronic pain, and loss.
