Through uncovering our histories, gaining insight into our thoughts, and paying attention to our physical bodies, we can find options for change. I use a relational approach and see clients as the experts in their lives. I work with people who feel stuck in relationships, life circumstances, or distressing emotions. I specialize in working with childhood and adult trauma, transitions, and fertility concerns. I also work with LGBT and non-binary identified clients, particularly around issues of friction between identities and family and societal support. I use relational psychodynamic therapy, including transactional analysis, to facilitate insight into our reactions to ourselves and others, untangle conflicting parts of ourselves, and find options for change.
