My experience in the mental health, trauma, and substance abuse fields has prepared me for a variety of clients who are dealing with life stressors. I am trained to provide treatment for trauma, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and substance use. I have experience using a variety of therapeutic techniques. I provide therapy online for client convenience and offer after-hours and weekend appointments for those who need them. I understand how hard it can be to reach out for help. We are often convinced that we can handle our problems ourselves, but life is difficult. We all need support at times. I provide low-cost, easy-to-access counseling for those that need it.
