Katie Lyon

I greatly enjoy working with anyone age 16 and up of any sex or sexual orientation. My first priority is presenting a warm reception to individual issues and providing a validating presence. I understand individual goals vary from person to person and sometimes finding your individual goals can be difficult. This is something I will absolutely help you to explore throughout the therapeutic process. I work closely with my partner in crime, my therapy dog Beau. He is a vital part to how I approach therapy. Beau has a way of easing someone’s anxiety, calming down tears, and groaning to let me know how he feels about things lol. I also specialize in music therapy and use that lense as part of my practice.
