**Unfortunately, my practice is full at this time.** My primary approach to treatment is cognitive behavioral and I incorporate mindfulness and acceptance and commitment therapeutic approaches. The foundation for treatment begins with collaborative goal setting which includes a focus on identifying, clarifying, and/or prioritizing what is important to you in your life and what you want out of treatment. Then we use evidence-based practices to modify or manage the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are getting in the way of you living the life you want to live. My clinical training experiences include specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational enhancement, and mindfulness- and acceptance-based approaches. In addition to my work with anxiety disorders, my background includes experience with treatments for substance abuse, adjustment to disability, grief, relationship problems, and depression.
