I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who specializes in working with adolescents and young adults through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality and Solution focused modalities. Some of my other interests include self-acceptance, self-esteem, anxiety and depression, especially within the LGBTTQQIAAP community. It is my passion to engage this community and promote a positive well-being to live and be accepted as productive members of society.
