Kids don’t come with a manual but they do come with significant challenges. I believe in addressing obstacles head on and will equip children, teenagers, adults and their families to overcome the challenges of today. With individuals, we will work as a team to meet the challenges of life head on to develop skills and tools that have real life use. I work with families to help build a team approach to accomplishing your goals. Together we will tackle and overcome the obstacles that you feel are preventing you from living the life you want. I enjoy the challenges of working with teenagers and can help with behavioral acting out as well as the underlying emotional causes, especially, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and attachment problems (feeling disconnected from others). I will bring an honesty to our time together and believe we are in sessions to accomplish a goal. We will address everything together and head on so you can see the progress you want.
