Therapist Overview

During the pandemic, I am seeing clients online only. My areas of focus are parents/children and women over 40. I meet with parents of young children and I will call on your expertise and skills to collaborate in helping your child with problems such as worry, school anxiety, fears, and friendships. I meet with teens individually to assist them with their specific concerns which may include relationships, school pressures, anxiety, and divorce in the family. In therapy sessions with adult women, we might focus on issues such as life transitions, retirement, family and relationship changes, grief and loss. I will focus on your description of the problems you would like to resolve, and our work together will have the goal of minimizing the effects of those problems on your life. You will know early on in our work together if our collaboration is useful to you. I have rich life experiences, education (clinical social worker and former elementary school teacher), and enthusiasm for my work
