My area’s of specific expertise are adolescent/adult depression and anxiety as well as working with individuals and couples struggling with infertility. My approach is client focused utilizing a professional network of both traditional and alternative therapies. My work with adolescents began 20 years ago. I have witnessed the pressure and lack of anonymity that our teens and young adults are dealing with today. I help them to focus on personal strengths and anxiety/stress reducing techniques to help them better navigate into their future. My work with individual and couples struggling with infertility has become near and dear to me. People struggling with infertility are dealing with a large spectrum of emotions. My goal is to provide hope through the journey and help to make infertility less intimidating and lonely.
