Have you suffered from trauma in your life? Lost something important to you? Need to know how to have better boundaries? Want to know what loving yourself means? I serve people who suffer from anxiety, trauma and depression. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and work with a lot of people, including children, who suffer from severe trauma. When I see people in my practice, it important we connect through talk therapy and discuss what treatment style (modality) is going to work best for you or your child. I only offer tele-health/video conferencing therapy. I see people during the day and have a flexible evening and weekend schedule. I am accepting Blue Shield insurance and if you don’t have Blue Shield, I can bill as an out-of- network provider if you’re interested in exploring how your insurance might help cover some of the costs.
