It may be no surprise that everyone struggles with something. But that doesn’t necessarily make it any easier to feel or cope with your pain. Perhaps you’ve reached out to trusted friends or family members for support, but are still looking for additional resources. Or maybe what you’re struggling with feels too burdensome or difficult to share with those closest to you. It could be, as is often the case, that your primary concern has to do with the very person you would normally confide in! Whatever the situation, I hope to be the extra measure of support you are looking for. As a marriage and family therapist associate, I work from a relational lens. So whether I am working with an individual, couple, or family, the relational components of the issues at hand are always kept in view.
