Therapist Overview

I’ve been helping people make meaningful change for over a decade (read more about my approach at https://www.therapywithnaj.com/therapy-that-evokes-change). My approach is warm and I create a space that most people won’t find anywhere else in their lives, one free of judgement or expectation. It’s important to me that I learn what your values and goals are and never impose mine upon you. I specialize in culturally sensitive therapy that welcomes people of all races and backgrounds. As an Indian American, I am especially aware of the immigrant and first-generation American experience and how it impacts how we seek and receive supportive services. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, interpersonal struggles, drug and alcohol use issues, or other challenges, I believe it is helpful to be able to relate to someone’s cultural background.
