I’m earned my Psychology Bachelors from the University of Surrey interning at the Institute of Mental Health in London. The Masters in MFT was gained in the USA; along side a PG Certificate in addiction and compulsive behaviours while interning in an adolescent rehabilitation centre in Dallas, TX. This led to earning my LCDCi and the NBCC. I am now based in the UK and am a Senior Practitioner of LEAP Equine Facilitated Therapy and run trainings, workshops and intensive therapy days as well as a successful Private Practice. I work from a solution focused and/or Systemic approach in traditional room based, online or Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP). All approaches work with clients, though I have found online or EFP works best for adolescents. However, my role is to help you find answers rather than me give them.
