My modalities include EMDR, Sensorimotor (level 1 trained) and Post Induction Therapy (PIT), an eclectic therapy developed by Pia Mellody from the prestigious Meadows Treatment Center. I have found this therapy useful in restoring relationships in the key areas of life: with self, others, and with a Higher Power. This is how I developed my practice name–Triune Freedom. By bolstering the 3 key relationships, I have been privileged to walk with clients as they journey to hope and healing increasing effectiveness in their lives both professionally and personally. Trauma and addictions are synergistic–producing a combined effect greater than the sum of the separate parts. I have not seen addictions without trauma and have rarely heard a trauma history without addiction–whether substance or process.
