As a therapist, I strive to provide a safe and confidential environment for my clients to talk about their struggles. My approach is from a cognitive-behavioral model and is strength- based. I welcome the opportunity to work with individuals who are experiencing difficult challenges in managing their daily lives. My goal is to support your journey to a more healthy lifestyle. I also support families dealing with someone who is abusing substances. I opened my practice in a rural community to serve those who need access to local services at a low cost, coupled with convenience. As of April 2019, I am fully trained in EMDR. I opened in Germantown to provide services to rural areas with low costs therapy sessions. I meet clients during the day and a couple of evenings a week to accommodate schedules. I have a private entrance with my own waiting room and office. I am happy to work with the school system if needed.
