Whether you are overwhelmed by school, work or overall responsibilities, my aim is to equip you with the skills to face your fears and take on their day. I provide a safe space for you to express yourself without fear of judgement. I also love working with adolescents who are in need of guidance and assistance in correcting maladaptive behaviors I work with both the adolescent and adult population. My specialties include, depression, anxiety, self esteem issues as well as ADHD. In my time working with adolescents I have helped them identify their own strengths that will serve them in the long run both in school and their future careers. I can now be seen on Padonia Rd in Lutherville (right off I-83 and York Rd), and I am best reached through email. I see people from early morning to late in the evening but the practice is currently open on Thursday only.
