Are you struggling with relationship issues, either with yourself or others? I have helped many couples and individuals learn how to turn conflict and confusion into clarity and compassion. Individual Sessions are focused on enhancing strengths to meet current challenges. Many of my clients benefit from processing their thoughts, and gaining support through validation. Couples sessions are designed to generate an understanding of the viewpoint of the partner. With Couples, success is achieved by a consistent working through of issues, each time with the partners taking more responsibility with the tools that they have learned from previous sessions. I have helped many couples, and I can help you. I provide Telehealth Sessions as well as in my office. Please contact me to discuss your current situation.
