With over 25 years in the counseling field, I have abundant life experience as well as an accumulation of coping skills and counseling expertise for depression, anxiety, panic disorder, family dynamics, marital dynamics, PTSD, grief, stress management. Having been successfully and happily married for 38 years with one grown son has resulted in many relationship coping skills with which to help others. Good family relationships don’t just happen.
