If you are in a care giving role, it is especially difficult to reach out for help. I have experience and interest in supporting caregivers and family members of persons struggling with life transitions, mental and physical illness. Counseling offers focused support to navigate life’s challenges. You can find new ways to reduce stress, explore self care, and maintain healthy boundaries with the people you love. My clinical skills include arts based interventions which can allow for deeper insight when words fail. My training includes work with children, grief and loss, and anxiety. I have a trauma informed approach and am affirming of LGBTQ individuals, couples and families.
