Therapist Overview
My pronouns are she/her/hers. I’m LGBTQIA-affirming therapist who can help with life’s transitions and stressors. The decision to find a therapist usually comes at times of stress and change. I am a supportive, non-judgmental therapist who realizes how hard it is to ask for help. Together we will identify what you want to work on, recognizing and building on your strengths and uniqueness. We will find solutions that work for you. I work with clients on many topics including personal/professional development, depression, worry and anxiety, caregiver issues, advanced and life-limiting illness, and gender issues. During this Covid-19 time, I am doing exclusively telecounseling. This allows me to provide counseling to folx from all over New Hampshire and Vermont without the obstacles of travel and in a way that is safest for all. I also provide clinical supervision for both MSWs looking to get their LICSW and professionals in the field who want peer supervision or case consultation.
