Let me tell you right now– YOU ARE. You are not alone, you are not to blame, and with help you can find hope again. I work with women who have experienced miscarriage or stillbirth. These kinds of losses are often invisible– we might feel like we don’t have enough space or permission to grieve. I care about your experience, and your child. I use Gottman Method Couples Counseling to help couples reconnect after loss, and Brainspotting to heal trauma.
