Therapist Overview
Are you at midlife and feel that your life is out of balance? Are you worried about a relationship that is faltering and losing focus? I can help. For more than twenty years I have worked with couples and individuals who find their relationships strained by work, children and step children, aging parents, conflicts about money, lack of emotional intimacy or infidelity. There is a path to greater clarity and calm. I teach skills that result in loving, respectful and harmonious relationships. If you want more information about improving your relationship, click on the website button for details about how I work with couples. I also treat individuals who are challenged with anxiety and depression or are dealing with residual distress from adversity in early family relationships. In addition to being a psychotherapist, I am a pastoral counselor affiliated with a progressive Protestant denomination, the United Church of Christ. Gay and lesbian couples and individuals are welcome. Check out
