Together, we will explore what is causing you to feel stuck, depressed or alienated in your life. Therapy is a way to uncover the hidden barriers and self-defeating patterns that are preventing you from creating the change you want. It can be daunting to begin therapy, but the process will lead to a life lived with greater satisfaction and meaning. I am trained as both a psychotherapist and an art therapist. Many of my clients choose to engage in traditional talk therapy and some find that it’s helpful to use art materials as a means of self expression. I have extensive experience with teenagers and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and personal or professional relationship difficulties.
