Many of my clients begin therapy because they are struggling with an emotional void and they are wondering how to live their best life. The strong therapeutic relationship I work to cultivate is often the catalyst for my clients to become more self aware, insightful and in control of their life. I have over 10 years experience working with adults, children and families.
