Human beings simply aren’t meant to journey through this life alone. Sometimes we need people to walk beside us through hard moments in our lives. In a world that pushes harder and harder, it can be exceedingly difficult to take the time to care for ourselves. If you are thinking about therapy then, perhaps, you’ve decided that it is time to start the journey into self-care. What a great first step! I believe in a total mind, body, and spirit approach to wellness. I work on a one on one basis, as well as with families and couples. My style of therapy is eclectic and based on your individual needs. I believe firmly that you know yourself better than I ever will, and I am simply here to help you discover what is already inside of you.
