The current Covid-19 pandemic is having a profound impact on each of us. Quarantine, news bingeing, job loss & financial worries, and social isolation are increasing anxiety, fear, depression, obsessions & compulsions, substance abuse and even family violence. We are created for relationships and community. This crisis is testing the bounds of these relationships. My counseling approach focuses on healing and strength through emotional, cognitive, and spiritual aspects of relationship through individual and family therapy. There are a number of practical tools and strategies that I can provide to help you cope during this crisis. I teach relaxation, mindfulness and meditation skills. I am an experienced chaplain, teacher, coach and therapist. I will meet you where you are and journey with you through this unprecedented season.
