I have over 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist and still love my work. I am trained in traditional as well as the most recent therapy techniques, but sometimes it’s the basics of having someone really listen to what you have to say while providing support, guidance, and sometimes a gentle push that can be most helpful. Whether one is facing the difficult issues of adolescence, dealing with complexities of adult life, or concerned about the changes we experience as we age, therapy will provide you with a safe and compassionate space to explore and resolve these issues. We will also focus on identifying what may be blocking you from achieving goals and on learning skills to cope with difficult or frightening experiences.
